Functional Lead/Scrum Master- Federal Health

The Work You Will Do

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
• Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope The team

Qualifications

• Domain Knowledge and Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of the specific business domain and Agile methodologies.
• Analytical and Facilitation Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and strong facilitation skills to lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to identify and resolve functional and Agile-related issues and challenges, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,00.00 to $175,000.00.
