Work you’ll do
- Provide process improvement and requirements support to ServiceNow asset management project
- Develop Visio workflows and PowerPoint system mockups
- Lead requirements sessions with key stakeholders and develop requirements with the larger functional team for the technical team to develop
- Manage client relationships
- Work with team to mentor and develop functional skillsets

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 years of Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Improvement, or Requirements Analyst experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Process Improvement experience
