Work you'll do
Looking for a Helpdesk Lead that has experience with helpdesk queue management, ticket triaging and testing to help deliver an Appian based Contract Writing System. Experience with similar ERP solutions or low code platforms is desired.

Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of Help Desk tier 2 and tier 3
- 2 years of experience working with and testing large scale ERP solutions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS / SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Ability to work fully onsite at the client's designated location
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
