Work you'll do
As an Operational Tech Analyst, you will provide response to, and hunt for, the presence of adversarial activity within the 16 CISA-designated critical infrastructure sectors. You will utilize a holistic approach to identify artifacts of adversary activity across a range of OT host and network data sources, including device and application logs, network logs and packet captures, agent based artifact retrieval, specialized configuration files, and endpoint images. You'll be responsible for the collection and analysis of data and data sources which occur in conjunction with other specialized hunt sections.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000 to $182,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or related technical field
- 4 years of experience with threat hunting or digital forensics/incident respons (DFIR) experience, supporting critical infrastructure/industrial control system (ICS) environments
- Experience with security site assessments and scoping-including but not limited to the analysis of network security architecture, baseline ports, protocols, and services, and characterize network assets
- Experience analyzing a variety of industrial control systems network protocols, including but not limited to: ModBus, ENIP/CIP, BACnet, DNP3, etc.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain polygraph
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related technical field
- Certifications: GISCP and either GFCA or GNFA
- Experience performing digital forensics and analysis on a variety of vendor/OEM equipment-including but not limited to laptop/desktops, PLC's, HMI's, Historians, and related SCADA systems
- Experience with SIEM (Splunk) -threat hunting, analytic development, dashboards, and reporting
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
