Work you'll do
As a Manager within the GES Technology Group, you will have the opportunity to work directly to the Program Delivery Lead to own the day-to-day operations of the digital transformation project from planning to release management. Your role will span and oversee many areas of a transformation including delivery strategy, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, business readiness, organizational change management, product development, release management and deployment. These efforts will support ongoing business needs, as well as a multitude of Digital transformation programs impacting a global audience.

Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 5 years of experience working within Project Management Office (PMO) and or strategy/consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Technology Management, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Technology Project Management experience with Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, or other technology project management tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, etc.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA exam If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Certifications:
- Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC)

- Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, and project management skills.
- Collaborate across multiple transformation projects and projects manage a business-critical multi-year global transformation project.
- Take on a hands-on role to support other program areas to document requirements, facilitate process flow design, lead calls with risk communities or support organization change management to deliver program objectives as necessary and under the guidance of the program lead.
- Manage multiple workstreams with scoping, planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, communications, and training identifying potential project risks and demonstrate awareness of project interdependencies across the technology enterprise.
- Creating and managing integrated timelines, realigning delivery plans with direction from the Program Delivery Lead and through conversations with global business stakeholders, the core project team and technology delivery partner(s).
- Understanding of technology development and operations processes for planning, coordinating, communicating, mitigating risks, ensuring quality, and managing the release process of technology from start to end.
- Track project status, risk, issue communications and develop executive level PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong executive presence, and excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with an aptitude for working as part of a global team.
- Oversee the project delivery by third party partners and ensure team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
- Problem solving and critical thinking and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Experience in driving cross-organizational initiatives.
- A proven strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the creation of business cases and build roadmaps under the guidance of a program leader.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications.
