Work you'll do
As an Oracle HCM Implementation Leader for our Higher Education client, you will:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects tailored to the needs of higher education institutions; including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits, with a focus on higher education requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets specific to higher education environments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for higher education clients during the implementation process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and analysts with expertise in higher education
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM implementations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in Oracle HCM implementations within higher education
- Develop and maintain implementation methodologies, templates, and tools tailored to the higher education sector
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery

Qualifications
Required:
- 10 years of professional experience delivering HCM solutions
- Experience with leading at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation project
- Experience with delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for a Higher Education client
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist
