Work you'll do

As an Oracle HCM Implementation Leader for our Higher Education client, you will:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects tailored to the needs of higher education institutions; including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits, with a focus on higher education requirements
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets specific to higher education environments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for higher education clients during the implementation process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, developers, and analysts with expertise in higher education
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM implementations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in Oracle HCM implementations within higher education
• Develop and maintain implementation methodologies, templates, and tools tailored to the higher education sector
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery

Qualifications

Required:

• 10 years of professional experience delivering HCM solutions
• Experience with leading at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation project
• Experience with delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for a Higher Education client
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $168,000 to $278,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
