Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Under direction of the Applications Manager, this role is a specialist in their respective Epic Application(s) and supports core functions of the health system's processes

• Overall Revenue Cycle Lead for the project from a Deloitte perspective.:
• Will have direct oversight of 4 Epic build analysts, and a Consultant on the project.
• Responsible for day to day management of the Deloitte revenue cycle workstream which includes working closely with Epic and Client counterparts to project manage the implementation.
• Responsible for exec level content creation, and presentation.
• Responsible to ensure Revenue Cycle related operational and IT decisions are made timely and follow best practices.
• Establish communication with business leaders
• Responsible for issue resolution and triaging as it relates to the revenue cycle workstream
• Maintain compliance with professional standards of practice

Qualifications

Required

• Must have a current Epic Certification
• Must have 8 years of Revenue Cycle Operational / IT experience
• Must have worked with Epic EHR (Revenue Cycle) in the past either from an IT or operational perspective
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Must have strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Epic certified in revenue Cycle application (not mandatory)
• Multiple years of experience in Revenue Cycle EHR space
• Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
