Work you'll do
As Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team Senior Solution Solution Delivery Manager, you will :
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Understand complex business and information technology management processes Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.
- Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Post design configurations, Advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interacting with technology vendors.
- Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies.
- Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite / offshore delivery model for multiple projects.
- Responsible to install, integrate, deploy and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Develop and Customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
- Implement custom rules, scripts, and Plugins to extend the functionality of SailPoint IdentityIQ as needed.
- Perform day-to-day operations of the IAM processes in SailPoint IdentityIQ which includes Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager.
- Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits.
- Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
- Support in responding to proposals for multiple clients related to IAM.
- Support post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107 ,649-$207,763.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
