SAP EWM Consultant

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for configuring SAP EWM module based on business requirements. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Provide functional support for the SAP EWM module, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and solution delivery.
• Resolve issues that arise in the SAP EWM Business area.
• Manage incident tickets related to SAP EWM. Analyze issues, provide solutions, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Implement changes that enhance system performance and user experience.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP EWM functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing user support to ensure optimal use of the system.
• Document all support activities, create incident reports, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications

Required

• 5 years working as a SAP EWM Consultant
• 3 years working with Order Integration (Sales orders, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, Outbound/Inbound Deliveries)
• 3 years hands-on configuration experience in EWM
• 3 years working with SAP TM integration
• 3 years working with Freight Unit Building & Package Building
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Position will be Hybrid and will require more onsite work for the first few months

Preferred

• 3 years experience working with SAP TM
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $130,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
