The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

• Implementing SAP HR FIORI Application & Upgrade
• Onshore offshore coordination
• Monitoring ticket queues
• S4Hana improvement suggestions & implementation
• Critical Incident Management
• Status reporting
• SAP FIORI Application Testing
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
• Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiently work in Microsoft Office Products such as Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications-

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6 years of industry experience implementing and customizing FIORI applications in SAP S4-HANA environment and 3-4 implementations/ roll outs/ upgrades.
• 3 years of experience with S/4 HANA SAP FIORI (User Experience, Architecture, Mobile Devices, Cloud Extensibility, Designer, Gateway, and Set Up)
• 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Recruiting for this role will end on March 31st, 2025

Preferred:

• SAP SuccessFactors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) knowledge and experience
