Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Wages Salary
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 131,175 to $218,625 .
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors , including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- Manage SAP implementation projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Lead and assist with pursuits and practice development initiatives
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
- Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP's newest and future solutions

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 8 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within the industry.
- SAP implementation experience, with e xperience in all phases of at least 4 full lifecycle SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation project s .
- Functional/technical proficiency with SAP - ECC or S/4 HANA
- Domain knowledge and delivery experience in at least one SAP module
- S/4 HANA implementation experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and project needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Desired:
- Experience scoping, planning and delivering SAP projects as a team lead, project manager or integration manager
- Experience developing and managing client relationships
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
- Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent formal certification
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology .
- Experience in a consulting environment with a Big Four firm.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Master's degree.
