The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- Utilize your deep understanding of both SAP solutions and the unique demands of product costing within the semiconductor industry to drive overall operational and delivery excellence in client organizations
- Be a part of client engagement workstreams with focus on Finance / product costing process design, optimization, and transformation using S/4 HANA.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements and propose solutions.
- Analyze and improve business processes through SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in semiconductor manufacturing
- Contribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability
- Contribute and support sales pursuit efforts

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 5 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
- At least 2 years of experience working in the Semiconductor industry or with Semiconductor clients
- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Finance/Controlling modules in these areas: system settings for controlling, cost center accounting, product costing, cost object controlling, creating & maintaining cost estimates for materials, activities & processes, product cost and variance analysis, material ledger and actual costing
- Participation in all phases of at least 2 end to end full life cycle implementation with a focus on SAP Controlling modules
- S4 HANA implementation experience
- Experience in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 1 implementation
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Understanding of S/4 HANA integration with Procurement, Order to cash, Manufacturing and Finance
- Experience in Repetitive / Process / Discrete manufacturing processes in any industry
- Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
- SAP certification in relevant modules
- Signavio experience
- Greenfield implementation experience
- Master's degree
