Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on technology solutions powered by Mainframe applications
- Lead a team in the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of Mainframe applications
- Lead the integration strategy and process modernization of legacy systems
- Brainstorm, design, and prototype solutions while recommending enhancements for Mainframe technologies
- Lead programoptimizationto work within constructs of environments
- Communicate with client leadership on status and milestone achievements
- Mentor and guide junior level resourceson the team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of experience with the FOCUS, COBOL, REXX, NATURAL and/or other Mainframe development languages, with a willingness to learn FOCUS
- Ability to interpret coding logic and successfully communicate needs to development team
- Ability to obtain necessary government clearance
- Ability to travel up to 10% overnight for client/project travel
- Expected to co-locate in your designated geo hub location up to 30% of the time based on business needs
- Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) to one of the following delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ - Lake Mary, FL - Atlanta, GA - Charlotte, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX - with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for overnight accommodations
