Work you'll do
You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:
- Support strategic initiatives and projects, playing an active role in project plans, slide deck creation, and online course production
- Assist with the ongoing onboarding self-guided materials, including monthly metrics and reporting
- Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMRs and peers
- Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience supporting strategic initiatives and projects, slide deck creation, and operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Experience working in a learning and development organization
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
