Work you'll do / Responsibilities
As a Technical Business Analyst for the Automation Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our automation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :
- Functional Process Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation. This involves understanding current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline operations.
- Documentation : Accurately document meeting notes, requirements, and process flows. Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for automation projects. This includes understanding the needs of the business, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Process Flow Development : Develop detailed process flows that outline the steps involved in current and proposed automated processes. Use these flows to communicate the vision and plan to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Testing : Conduct rigorous testing of automated processes to ensure they meet the specified requirements and function as intended. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
- Communication : Serve as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, changes, and any issues that need to be addressed.
- Customer Collaboration : Work closely with customers to identify and document automation opportunities. Understand their pain points and business objectives to propose effective automation solutions.
