Work You'll Do
As a Workday Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include :
- Develop and maintain custom programs and applications within the Workday environment.
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Expenses) for accurate and timely data flow.
- Implement and design integrated financial accounting solutions within Workday.
- Write detailed technical specifications for Workday solutions development and implementation.
- Lead the development of programs and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide support during testing phases troubleshooting issues for successful deployment.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations and technical project aspects.
- Mentor junior team members, guiding their skill and knowledge growth.
- Implement technology-enabled business solutions as part of a high-talent team.
- Apply financial principles with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
- Utilize Workday reporting and data analytics tools proficiently.
- Manage projects related to system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
