What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer - Project Manager position at Delon Hampton & Associates?
A Site / Civil Engineering Project Manager will be the client's primary point of contact, will manage project staffing, workload and resource allocation for project tasks, project scheduling and financials. The Project Manager will serve as a mentor and provide direct supervision to the engineering design staff.
SALARY RANGE
55 to $65 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Client relations;
- Project management;
- Design staff supervision;
- Design staff mentoring and training;
- Proposal and addendum writing;
- Employee evaluations;
- Liaison with senior management; and
- Business Development (Primarily Client Retention).

Working Conditions
This position is full-time in office. Supervisor will determine remote work days.
