Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Westlake, OH (In-Office Position)
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are a growing Insurance Payment Posting company seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role requires strong computer skills, experience with dual monitors, and the ability to process large volumes of data with accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process insurance payment data into company systems
- Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from insurance providers
- Utilize dual monitors to efficiently input and verify information
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity standards
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and minimize errors
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company compliance policies
Qualifications:
- 1 year of data entry experience required
- Strong computer skills with experience using dual monitors
- Above-average keyboarding skills – must achieve 8,000 keystrokes per hour (Alpha/Numeric & 10-Key with decimals) with 95% accuracy (assessment required)
- Experience working with EOBs is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
