We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management within our facility. Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for transporting, organizing, and supplying materials across departments to support production efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is comfortable operating forklifts and reach trucks, and possesses strong attention to detail when managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling & Order Selecting – Accurately pick, transport, and supply parts to designated areas.
- Equipment Operation – Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and tow motors to move materials efficiently.
- Inventory Management – Perform basic data entry, track stock levels, and assist with cycle counts.
- Quality Control – Inspect and measure materials using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving – Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and store inventory properly.
- Workplace Organization – Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with team members and supervisors to streamline material movement and workflow.
Skills & Requirements:
2 years of warehouse, material handling, and order selecting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift & Reach Truck Experience – Certification is a plus!
Proficiency in Inventory Systems – Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong Measuring & Math Skills – Comfortable using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills – Ensuring accuracy in material handling.
Physical Requirements – Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required. Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
