Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $16.25

Shift: 1st: Mon-Fri 6:30-3:00

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals with a willingness to learn to join our team as Warehouse Associates. This position offers comprehensive training and development opportunities for individuals who are eager to start or advance their career in warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist in various warehouse tasks ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Receive comprehensive training on warehouse procedures, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory items.
• Participate in hands-on learning experiences to become proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Assist in the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, including quality control checks and inventory management tasks.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including working at heights when required, with proper training and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience required; willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to work at heights and in environments with elevated platforms, with proper training and safety measures in place.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Cannot be afraid of heights
