Experienced Customer Service / Kitchen and Bath Associate

CUSTOMER SERVICE / KITCHEN & BATH ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt assistance with questions, concerns, or technical issues.
- Offer personalized support to customers at our showroom, providing expert guidance on custom cabinet doors, countertops, and kitchen cabinet projects.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to enhance customer assistance.
- Utilize our POS system accurately to enter cabinet door sizes, generate quotations, and confirm orders.
- Create countertop quotations based on specified materials and provided sizes.
- Schedule and confirm measure / template and installation appointments with customers.
- Maintain communication with large box stores through their portals, leaving notes and confirming dates.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
Wages Hourly $16.00 to $22.00 (based on experience level)
Employment type : Part time and / or Full-time.
9 Paid holidays (After 90 days)
Paid time off
1 week 3 sick days paid time off after 12 months.
2 weeks 3 sick days paid time off after 24 months.
3 weeks 3 sick days paid time off after 60 months.
