Maintenance Helper
Duties:
- Temporary Assistance with general maintenance remodeling tasks.
- Assist Maintenance team with the floor calls on manufacturing line.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find appropriate solutions.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members, tenants, and contractors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
