Teacher, Third Grade

Overview
We are seeking a passionate, fun loving lower school teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood education. This position involves working closely with lower school children, developing engaging curricula, and promoting their overall growth and development. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students in our private school setting. We are a mastery based program with an emphasis on hands-on learning. Our small classrooms size of 12 to 14 students allows you to work with each child to bring out their inherent talents to reach their own potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards.
• Foster a warm classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Teach various subjects including Math, Reading, and other core areas while integrating creative teaching methods.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field or certification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, and classroom management.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; proofreading skills are a plus.
• A passion for teaching with the ability to inspire young learners
• Must possess patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Willing to learn new skills to help each child be their best

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
