Success in this role requires a strong focus on relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and support for patients and their families.

  • Reassess and adjust care plans to align with patients’ medical and health goals.
  • Collaborate within a team-based treatment model under the Medical Director, working closely with the Outpatient Assistant Director and the clinical team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging research in addiction treatment.
  • Adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines for psychiatric care, including compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and controlled substance regulations.
  • Ensure all clinical practices align with organizational policies, safety protocols, and evidence-based treatment standards.
