Job Description:
Our client located just north of Providence, RI is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their team. The Full Stack Developer will assist in providing technical knowledge to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work within coding best practices and have hands-on development
- Develop, maintain, and improve website’s front end using React
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
- Gather requirements, code comments and clear code
- Ability to take design and turn it into workable website
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
- 2 years experiences in full-stack web development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including React, Next.js and Node.js
- Experience with back-end technologies including C#, Solr, and SQL Server
- A strong technical background with experience using modern web technologies
- Experience in web markup and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, including HTML5, CSS3, and SASS preferred
- Understanding front-end frameworks
- Proficiency in API design and development and with cloud engineering, Azure services preferred
- Fluency with JavaScript frameworks and its core principles
- Fluency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Fluency with relational databases (MySQL specifically) and database design
- Fluent with Git
- CMS (sitecore) experience is desired but not a must have
- .Net experience or Java experience is desired but not a must have
