Job Description :
Our client is seeking a skilled LMS Implementation Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on developing and documenting processes, policies, and procedures to support the implementation of an enterprise-wide Learning Management System (Lumen). The LMS Implementation Analyst will play a critical role in creating instructional content that ensures employees and external partners understand and efficiently utilize programs and services.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and document existing and new policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop instructional content for inclusion in the Lumen Learning Management System.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and learning materials.
- Create process flow documents, technical specifications, and functional requirements.
- Conduct reviews of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Manage content development workflows and version control processes using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Maintain clear communication with SMEs and stakeholders, ensuring documentation meets standards and is accessible to all users.
- Track project progress and updates using tools such as Microsoft Teams and Excel.
