Job Title : Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst (Contract) - Job#4650
Worksite : 100% Remote, Onsite Houston TX available
Must have Oracle HCM, Requires Minimally a Bachelors (preferably BSBA), must have experience in payroll processing & payroll taxation business systems. Requires Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Oracle HCM Implementation skills and ability to troubleshoot / test the business application based on user requirements. Selected resource will have minimal 5 years of related & proven work experience.
The Business Systems Analyst will work between Technology & Payroll Processing teams, understanding business function of payroll teams, leveraging technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and test the Oracle HCM applications to provide business requirements.
