Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices
- Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes
- Facilitating meetings and decision-making processes
- Eliminating team impediments
- Overseeing the Scrum and development team
- Acting as a buffer between the Scrum team and product owner
- Maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
- Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology
- Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and product development
