Our client located in the Springfield, MA area has an immediate opening for a Security Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity. The Security Engineer will be assisting the Cyber Security Analysis department.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for information and emails in a timely manner
- Additionally, should be able to respond to basic access requests and modifications without supervision
- Follow standard operating procedures for modeling roles and maintaining application data properly
- Independently manage queue for help requests and actionable messages
- Conduct data analysis to identify redundancies or errors in workflows
- Utilize approved and established procedures to add or remove access from various platforms
- Assist with the management and maintenance of identity based databases and applications
- Engage with customers regarding help requests and issues relating to relevant application
