Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in complex integration projects. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in developing functional and technical software requirements, data flows, and use cases. Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, AutoDesk), GIS (ArcGIS), Reality Capture (Drone systems), SCADA, industrial automation, and Engineering apps is a plus. Strong documentation and communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders, software developers, and QA specialists. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding functional issues, managing business process changes, and leading systems integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business / user requirements, process flows, and functional specs.
- Maintain project documentation and repositories.
- Create workflow diagrams and mockups.
- Act as a liaison between business and tech teams, ensuring requirements are understood.
- Conduct business process analysis and cost / benefit assessments.
- Lead user acceptance testing and support Dev / QA teams with requirements, test case review, and acceptance criteria.
- Track and resolve project issues and ensure timely project completion.
