Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Develop functional and appealing interfaces for applications based on usability.
- Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to refine and iterate on design solutions and ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
- Convert designs to interactive prototypes using front-end languages in Figma, HTML, CSS, or other tools.
- Consider speed and scalability while maintaining responsive design.
- Perform user testing and resolve any UX issues or bugs reported in existing product releases.
- Implement, maintain, and enhance design guidelines and document implementation requirements.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
Portfolio Required
Ability to understand and relate to user's needs.
Understanding of usability principals.
Soft Skills / Preferred Background
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep visual awareness, experience in creating wireframes, and usability patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to design and technology challenges.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Comfortable working across multiple applications
