The Delray Center for Healing is one of the most advanced outpatient mental health treatment centers in the United States. The Center incorporates state of the art psychological and medical therapies to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment of Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bi-Polar Disorders, Eating Disorders, Substance Abuse, Trauma and Personality Disorders. The multidisciplinary treatment provides care that consistently yields positive clinical outcomes in even the most difficult and complex cases. Delray Center therapists have the opportunity to become well versed in advanced treatment modalities such as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Trauma Bloc Therapy (advanced variation of EMDR), and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) assisted Exposure and Response Prevention. Delray Center therapists also have the opportunity to pursue areas of therapy subspecialty that can be incorporated into the formal clinical programming with full multidisciplinary support.
The range and scope of the Delray Center for Healing clinical services are as follows:
- Traditional outpatient psychiatry, as well as individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Telemedicine based outpatient psychiatry and individual psychotherapy.
- True Mental Health Primary PHP and IOP (85% of day program based services)
- Dual Diagnosis & substance abuse PHP and IOP (15% of day program based services)
- Brain Science Center with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), QEEG Neurofeedback, and Elminda Brain Network Analytics (BNA) brain mapping
- Integrative Medicine Center with intravenous Ketamine therapy, intranasal Spravato, traditional Chinese acupuncture, massage therapy, and intravenous vitamin infusions.

We are currently accepting applications for full time positions. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of patient care activities as directed by the Medical Director and Clinical Director. Applicant will be responsible for a clinical caseload including group, individual, couples and family therapy. The primary therapist is responsible for maintaining close communication with family members or significant others. The candidate will participate on a multidisciplinary care team focused on holistic and effective interventions for clients within our care community.
PsyD, PhD, LCSW, or LMHC with work experience preferably in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment. Basic computer skills are required and experience with electronic medical record preferred.
Candidate must have excellent assessment and communication skills, flexible schedule, be therapeutically imaginative, clinically confident and work well within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
Strong emphasis on DBT therapy, with DBT training required within 1 year of starting. Completion of DBT training will generate a pay raise.
Active clinical license in the State of Florida required.
Medicare Provider or eligible to become a Medicare Provider preferred.
Bilingual is a bonus.
