WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

YOUR DAY AS A CLASS D SECURITY OFFICER
As a Class D Security Officer, you'll be the first line of defense in ensuring the safety of our community. Your day will include patrolling the premises to maintain order, verifying visitors and guests using computer-based systems, and responding to resident requests for service. You'll be responsible for monitoring for unusual activity, reporting incidents, and reacting swiftly to emergencies. Whether you're answering calls, checking vehicles at the gate, or keeping an eye out for potential security hazards, your vigilance and professionalism will make Delray Dunes a safer and more enjoyable place to live.
This full-time position with our HOA has a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Security is a 24/7 responsibility, so shifts may vary based on the community's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 years old
- Valid FL Class D Security License
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to write legibly and log vehicles, visitors, and deliveries
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
