A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SECURITY GUARD

In this patrol and protection role, you verify each person who visits the country club through the computer, maintaining a log of visitors, vehicles, and deliveries. Regularly, you patrol the premises to maintain order and establish a presence with the guests. You keep an eye out for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards. As needed, you record incidents and react to emergency calls. You also answer phones, respond to resident service requests, and lend a helping hand wherever needed. With you on our team, our members feel a sense of protection at our country club and can relax without worrying!

SECURITY GUARD QUALIFICATIONS

• High school Diploma or GED
n
• Basic computer skills
n
• Valid FL Class D security and driver's license
n
• Able to clearly communicate in English and write legibly
n
• At least 21 years of age
n
• Reliable form of transportation and cell phone
n
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
n
• Able to pass an extensive background check
n
