What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Per Diem Inpatient Rehab Days position at Delray Medical Center?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Staff Physical Therapist provides direct patient services upon referral from an appropriate licensed practitioner, develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary, in accordance with Pinecrest’s policies and procedures, relative to care and treatment of patients.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Minimum: Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy; a Bachelor’s Degree with a certificate in Physical Therapy
- Preferred: Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience desired, but not required
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
- Florida license as a Physical Therapist from the Agency of Health Care Administration’s Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
