Job Overview
DelRicht Research is currently seeking an experienced psychiatrist that is interested in investigating new therapeutic options by participating as an investigator in clinical trials. This position offers the opportunity to relocate and set up a new private practice within a large medical office space. Additionally, this role offers the flexibility for physicians looking to scale back their private practice and supplement their income by researching novel therapeutic approaches. With this model there is no need for any financial investment.

Key Duties
- Serve as the Principal Investigator for industry-sponsored psychiatry and mental health clinical trials
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments for study participants
- Oversee the implementation of clinical trial protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, GCP, etc.)
- Review and approve study-related documentation, including informed consent forms and medical histories
- Monitor participant safety and address adverse events in collaboration with the research team
- Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure study goals and timelines are met
- Provide medical oversight to research staff, including study coordinators and other clinical personnel
- Stay updated on advancements in psychiatry and contribute to the development of new clinical trial opportunities
Requirements
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active medical license in the state where the clinical research site is located
- Clinical experience in psychiatry; experience with clinical trials is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and psychiatric diagnostics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical research practices and patient care
