Bookkeeper (Construction / HVAC)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with a minimum of three years of experience. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 100 (Sage Intacct Construction). Experience in the construction industry is a plus. What You'll Do :
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Work closely with project managers and other departments to track job costs.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other administrative accounting duties as needed.
