What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Quoting and Estimating: Process labor and material information to generate accurate quotes for customers.
- Customer Service: Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
- Dispatching: Coordinate scheduling and dispatch technicians for service calls, ensuring prompt response times and efficient routing.
- Support Sales Operations: Assist with sales-related tasks, including managing customer accounts, tracking service requests, and processing orders.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and provide general office support as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.
About You
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:
