Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly-skilled, reliable, self-motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to all service tickets, perform routine maintenance, and provide infrastructure upgrades as needed. Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL:
Repairs and Maintains all HVAC equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, fan coil units, splits systems, rooftop units, exhaust fans, heating water and chilled water pumps and related systems.
Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Livwell, working effectively in a diverse working environment.
Works in the cultivation facilities, offices and stores to repair and maintain the facilities and assist other trades.
Prepares materials lists and performs tasks to ensure completion of the work in a timely and efficient manner.
Document work performed, coordinate, list any open action items per Livwell standards.
Operates hand and power tools, Livwell facilities maintenance equipment, company vehicles, scissor/bucket lifts and/or other heavy equipment as needed.
Works under minimum supervision and on occasion may direct the work of others in assigned duties.
Conforms to all safety regulations and practices.
Works on occasion in confined spaces, at unusual heights, outdoors in all weather conditions, in a garage environment and lifts objects such as motors up to 50 lbs. in weight.

Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have knowledge of HVAC system operation, BAS operation, maintenance, repair, codes and installation and be able to troubleshoot and repair such systems.
The HVAC Repair and Preventative Maintenance Technician will assist other Technicians and also have the ability to work independently, be available for on-call/overtime and adhere to safety practices.
EPA Type II Refrigerant Usage Certification or the ability to obtain.
Must possess a minimum set of hand tools as required of trade.
Must be able to acquire knowledge of EPA, Dept of AG and other related safety rules and regulations and have knowledge and ability to follow safe work practices.
Must be able to read and understand at the appropriate level technical manuals, schematics, blueprints and technical trade code books pertaining to facilities and equipment serviced.
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be capable of directing others in assigned duties.
Must be able and willing to work changing shifts, in confined spaces, at heights, in a garage environment, outdoors in inclement weather and to lift objects up to 50 lbs. in weight.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.

Starting at $25.00 - $35.00 DOE.
Salary : $25 - $35
