We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Benefits Specialist to be the subject matter expert who will oversee a select group of our clients and their benefit programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional self movtivative skills and a strong understanding of benefits design, administration, and compliance. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our company's goals to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the assigned client list, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
- Oversee daily operations of the benefits for the assigned list of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company and team goals.
