Co-op, Flight Operations - Propel Pilot Career Pathway Program

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or similar in a 4-year degree program (Note : this role is not intended for a student pursuing a professional pilot career)
• Must be available for three (3) alternating semesters
• Must be able to present themselves professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal / written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in basic data analytics
• Willingness / ability to learn new skills
• Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles.

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

• Experience working with the Smartsheet platform, including design, development, and maintenance of Smartsheet automation and design
• Ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain where a candidate or groups of candidates may fall in a process.
• Comfortable working in group and individual settings
• Track record of seeking leadership roles including student and community organizations
• Ability to develop effective presentations that help explain the background, analysis, results, and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
• Desire to learn more about the airline industry and interest in Delta as a company
