What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or similar in a 4-year degree program (Note : this role is not intended for a student pursuing a professional pilot career)
- Must be available for three (3) alternating semesters
- Must be able to present themselves professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal / written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in basic data analytics
- Willingness / ability to learn new skills

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience working with the Smartsheet platform, including design, development, and maintenance of Smartsheet automation and design
- Ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain where a candidate or groups of candidates may fall in a process.
- Comfortable working in group and individual settings
- Track record of seeking leadership roles including student and community organizations
- Ability to develop effective presentations that help explain the background, analysis, results, and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
- Desire to learn more about the airline industry and interest in Delta as a company
