- Working at Delta you'll be central to demonstrating that we understand the demands of air travel and our goal is to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
- As a member of our ground crew, you'll work in an enjoyable team environment. We are currently looking to expand our customer service department.
- The positions involve a variety of functions and employees are required to be familiar with all of the following work functions: Ticket Counter Representative, Gate Agent and Baggage Services Agent.
- Ticket Counters/Gate Agents: In this role, you'll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.
- Baggage service agent: In this role agents prepare delayed luggage files.
