Delta is on a journey to become a world-class retailer, changing the way Delta can sell and service flight and ancillary products and improve the customer experience. To achieve this goal, Delta's Retail Strategy is to consistently offer, sell, and service high quality personalized products in the customer's channel of choice. Enterprise Solutions (ES) is seeking a Product Manager, Retail Offer and Cart to lead the vision and execution of IT development roadmaps that enable shopping for, ordering, and servicing these products.

The Retail Platform & Order Management team is responsible for the following scope :

Orchestration to create and return offers for flight and ancillary products

Create and update a cart based on offers selected by a customer

Turn a customer's cart into an order that can be created, fulfilled and serviced by downstream products

We are looking for candidates who exhibit curiosity, are motivated to solve challenging problems, and can think creatively to identify solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a business vision and a roadmap for the offer orchestration and cart products.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to determine requirements for offer orchestration and cart.
  • Work with business and IT partners to translate business requirements into usable and reliable solutions.
  • Lead agile development teams to implement requirements.
  • Collaborate with other agile development teams to identify dependencies required to deliver the offer orchestration and cart roadmaps.
  • Communicate progress against development roadmap to leaders and stakeholders.

  • What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Proven success in understanding and managing complex processes
  • Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
  • Experience translating a business vision into written technical requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly to business leaders and technical developers
  • Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Major in quantitative discipline such as Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Combination of at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Revenue Management, Internal or External channels, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
  • Experience in at least one commercial or operations function such as Reservations, ACS, eCommerce, Revenue Management, Sales, or IT preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Manager / Owner.
