Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation. In the alternative, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support operations of Blue Prism RPA Tool and support the application maintenance.
- Deliver the service for the IT service management processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the application.
- Investigate and resolve issues and conduct performance monitoring and configuration of software parameters.
- Maintain application support processes and check that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
- Apply application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics, and create reports.
- Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures. Investigate causes of incidents and seek resolution.
- Escalate unresolved incidents.
- Facilitate recovery following resolution of incidents.
- Document and close resolved incidents according to agreed procedure.
- Initiate and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services.
- Determine problem fixes/remedies.
- Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
- Carry out agreed application maintenance tasks.
- Support "Go Live" after introduction of new solutions.
- Support the processing of service requests.
- 5% domestic and international travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two days per week.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Must have work experience in:
- 2 years with BluePrism Production Support and Developer;
- RPA solutions including Win Automation, Power Automate, or Uiflows, importing/exporting code from one environment to another, Windows clients, and Virtual machines;
- LDAP, SQL, Visual Basics, or Dot Net Basics;
- Supporting RPA-related infrastructure; and
- Design, development, and testing of automation workflows.
