How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
As an Aircraft Support Mechanic with Delta TechOps, you will schedule and maintain a pre-determined timetable of servicing and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of machinery and equipment throughout TechOps including mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated robotic, electronic and/or PLC controlled equipment.
Among the other responsibilities listed, you will perform annual major service TPM's on equipment throughout TechOps that includes making repairs and adjustments to equipment, replacements of fluids, filters, belts, in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
This includes completing minor repairs, adjustments and performing preventive maintenance on equipment which may include motors and controls, pneumatic systems, stock retrievers, conveyor systems, production machines, industrial ovens, and machine shop equipment.
The proficient use of diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications for post service checks is required.

- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check including a government required fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
- Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and thereafter submit to DOT mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
- Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
- (If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
