We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our Flight Operations Learning department as a Co-op specializing in Media Production Support. This role will primarily assist the Media Production team in delivering high-quality video and media content for our pilot learning programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the Media Production team to plan and organize video shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, catering, and scheduling.
- Post-Production Assistance: Provide support in video editing and post-production tasks as needed. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Project Management Support: Aid in project management tasks including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Content Organization and Archiving: Assist in organizing media assets, maintaining digital archives, and ensuring accessibility of files for the team.
- Quality Control: Assist in reviewing and ensuring the quality of video and media content produced meets departmental standards and objectives while addressing stakeholder comments.

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Media Production, Communications, Film Studies) at a recognized educational institution.
- Previous experience or coursework in media production, video editing, project management, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to accept responsibility and learn new tools and processes.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, after effects, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Passion for aviation or a keen interest in learning and contributing to the aviation industry is advantageous.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
