Delta is seeking an individual to develop and support implementation of strategies for organizational improvement and consult internally with the business, leadership committee, and HR business partners to execute these strategies. In this role you will influence changes to organizational strategies and processes, systems and technology, job roles/job structure and organizational design across Delta Air Lines’ programs and divisions. You will be part of a team that plays a key role in identifying and guiding projects to ensure that they align with business and financial objectives established by the Enterprise and individual business units. You will identify areas of opportunity for organizational change by assessing critical business issues, and then design and implement organization development tools with the goal of improving Delta’s performance.

This consultant position supports the implementation of policies, programs, process, and strategies for change that enable business leaders to plan, evaluate, and develop their human and organizational resources to optimize the company’s performance. This position requires strong collaboration and consulting skills, and the confidence and competence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Primary Functions Will Include

• Work closely with Manager, Org Effectiveness to implement organizational design and change management strategies to address specific business needs and drive bottom-line results
• Consult with HRBPs and business leaders on the purpose and execution of OD methodologies, tools, and templates across the business, evaluating and diagnosing current state, identifying needs, and developing future state approaches with business partners.
• Act as a leader, internal consultant and coach.
• Lead and support projects from the development of an idea or concept through implementation using project management, teamwork and group facilitations skills.
• Self-manage time and prioritization of multiple initiatives, often with competing priorities, in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Management and/or Org Design with experience in applying core Org Design concepts & methodologies
• Management consulting and/or enterprise level strategic planning experience
• Project Management skills; ability to work independently and drive progress through ambiguity while producing high quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Analytical skills and process design skills
• Excellent presentations skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people via Microsoft Office applications
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
