- 3 years experience in Advanced SQL modeling and querying skills
- Must have strong mathematical and programming skills
- Advanced dashboarding skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Familiarity with Python and using cloud technology (AWS)
- Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns in data
- Experience in performing data projects from inception to completion, including timeline and resource management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
- Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to strict confidentiality of sensitive material while promoting a strong risk culture within the organization
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics,
- Engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience in analytics, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field
- Awareness of the following areas of information technology : cloud computing and security, IT governance, Risk Management, IT Infrastructure, Data Privacy and Protection, and Emerging Technologies
- Experience with AuditBoard or other related GRC tools
