Flight Ops Support candidate should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Client Operations.

Essential Functions/Tasks
- Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight Training
- Partner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assigned
- Provide guidance to project tasks as assigned
- Modify or create new training materials when needed
- Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
- Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes
- Specific duties as assigned by Flight Training management
- Space Available Personal Travel to include eligible dependents

- Solid organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.

- FAA Pilot or Ground Instructor certificate preferred.
- Able to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently enough to demonstrate flexibility, high stress tolerance, and strong decision-making skills.
- Interacts with departmental and client leadership in accordance with the Delta “Rules of the Road
