The Product Owner - Crew Data Products will work collaboratively in support of the General Manager of Data Products to support analytic and predictive teams with a foundational data layer. This work will be accomplished by implementing solutions through sourcing of new data, architecture of current data, and governance across the multitude of crew data customers both internal and external. The team's work will enable the analysis and predictive teams the ability to more easily understand changing dynamics in crew and support development of simulation, artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.
This position will report directly to the GM - Data Products and will work closely with IT, Crew Data Insights, Flight Operations, Crew Resources, ODS, and the AI / ML workstreams across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Establish new data or data structures across the FOP organization that drive outcomes in support of efficient use of pilot resources.
- Identify the tools and technologies that will be needed to support the evolving needs of predictive analytics users
- Execute a roadmap in partnership with technology, operational, and financial teams to transform crew data into business intelligence that informs better decision making and streamlines business processes
- Effectively communicate to senior leaders
- Promote safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
